As soon as enough orders are placed to account for a whole animal, we select a prime beast from our herd. It is then entrusted to our master butcher who handles the process with the utmost respect and skill.
The key to exceptional flavour is patience. The carcass is expertly aged for a minimum of 21 days in a climate-controlled environment. This traditional process tenderises the meat and concentrates its incredible Wagyu flavour.
Once the aging process is complete, our butcher meticulously breaks down the carcass into a selection of premium cuts. Each piece is then carefully vacuum-sealed to lock in freshness and ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
We dispatch your beef box directly to your doorstep. Upon arrival, you can portion it for the freezer or get straight to cooking. For culinary ideas, explore the recipes on our website.
